Green light to go bush again

Yeah! After 8 days of care in the hospital, Oceane has finally been released from the hospital. She is recovering well, and almost all scars have healed but require further treatment by Anh-Dao to minimize further risk of infections, as well as block any sunshine onto the skin. We will do a loop to Ayers Rock, The Olgas, Kings Canyon and the West McDonnell Ranges before a final checkup at the hospital in a week's time again.

The last three days Oceane was already allowed to get out for a few hours, so we could do some fun stuff the whole family such as visiting the Reptile Park, The Desert Parks, Simpsons Gap and the Sunday markets. To close off this period, we went to the Overlander Steakhouse for one of their famous meals. Some pics are available in the new photo set on Flickr: Red Centre incl.
